How to use
- Take 1/2 tablespoon (1.6 g) to 1 tablespoon (3.2 g) 2 to 4 times daily dissolved in juice, water, or your favorite nutritional supplement.
- Do not add to products that already contain beta-alanine.
- Beta-alanine use may result in hypersensitivity skin symptoms in some consumers.
- Start with half a serving to assess your tolerance to ALLMAX Beta Alanine. Once you feel comfortable with the product, increase to 2 servings (6.4 grams).
- Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.
