the components :
Fumaric Acid, Contains Less Than 2% of Artificial Flavor, Aspartame and Acesulfame Potassium (Sweeteners), Red 40. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine.
Other ingredients :
1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water
Recommended use :
Add boiling water to gelatin mixture; stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Makes 4 servings (1/2 cup).
Quick Setup Method:
Dissolve gelatin mixture in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add ice to 1/2 cup cold water to make 1-1/4 cups. Stir gelatin until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Refrigerate for 30 to 90 minutes or until firm.
warning :
When adding fruit, do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, ginger root, papaya, figs, or guava. The gelatin will not set.
