Foster Clark's Baking Powder should be used according to recipe directions.
As a general guide we suggest adding the following for every 500g of whole wheat flour:
2 level teaspoons (10 g) for a heavy cake
4 level teaspoons (20 g) for medium-fat cake
8 level teaspoons (40 g) for the disc and bread
Always use a dry spoon and close the lid after use. Store in a cool, dry place.
